					<description>Good. It may not help the spamming in one way but in another webmasters will stop trying to get their link on their appropriate page and those with weight for those articles will have less motivation to remove competition from the page.

You can see this in the vBulletin wiki. A certain vBulletin Resource website has tried to limit other vBulletin related links from appearing on the vBulletin wiki page. Yet he has his site listed, obviously.</description>
